Painting a mandala had a calming effect on me and helped me get into a flow state. I liked that while making the mandala we got to hear about the history of mandalas and the meaning of the colors. Super! I'm in a bit of a difficult situation at the moment, but in the workshop I cleared my head of worries, I was able to focus only on the dots. It was a very good feeling afterwards! Thank you for this wonderful experience. It was exactly what I expected from this workshop and much, much, much more. I feel that this healing process is already underway, and the mandala started working as soon as I picked up the brush. I am so grateful that I found this training, that I managed to come at all, and that I was able to give myself such a powerful birthday present! I was fascinated by how he structurally explained an activity that had seemed completely mystical to me until now, and I realized that there is both order and free flow in drawing a mandala, and it really can be learned. Free-flowing beauty supported by solid frames and structures. As if the joint creation of feminine and masculine energy.
\nAfter starting, I was completely absorbed by childlike curiosity and joy of discovery. The hours flew by amazingly fast and it seemed that it could be done all day.
